Payment Policy

Adirondack Pump & Well Service accepts payment in cash or by check.

Payment is due in full upon completion of the work ordered (unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance of the service provided).

If you anticipate a problem paying an outstanding balance we encourage you to discuss it with us in advance.

Finance charges may be applied to outstanding balances after 30 days from the date of service, at the discretion of our management.

Deposits accompanying signed contracts and work orders are non-refundable.

We collect sales tax in accordance to state, county and city laws. Many installations are recognized as home improvements and therefore tax exempt. Feel free to ask us if your installation or service qualifies for exemption. We will be happy to provide the appropriate forms. These forms must be filled out, signed, and returned to us with your payment.
